Such power plants shall be in continuous commercial operation for minimum one (1) year prior to bid closing date. The scope shall include Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Wind Turbine Generators and auxiliaries including grid connection on turnkey basis. Detailed qualification criteria are described in the Bidding Document.
