The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of electro- mechanical works as Supplier shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor of at least 1(one) similar works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least 500.00 lac in which supply of 500 KVA generator shall be included. 3. In case of work done other than PWD, specific experience certificate shall be duly verified by concerned Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been done. 4. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/ credit facilities (Must be unconditional and provided in the form of letter of commitment of Banks undertaking for line of credit {(Form PG3-8) in Original form} of Tk.500 (Five Hundred) lac. PG3-8 form is attached in Section6. 5. Manufacturer's Authorization letter (e-PG3-6) for all items described in the tender shall be submitted. 6. Spare parts supplying assurance certificate for minimum 5 years from the manufacturer. 7. After sales service assurance certificate from the manufacturer. 8. Valid ISO certificate for manufacturer shall be submitted with the tender. 9. The intending tenderers must Enclosed VAT Registration certificate, income tax certificate, up-to-date trade license and up-to date ABC/BC Electric license and supervisory license issued from electric licensing.
