Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: a) The firm must have proven experiences in planning, designing and preparation of the schemes in any development field. b) Experience in similar assignments of compatible size, complexity and technical specialty in the required area which includes WASH related infrastructures/activities, preparation of detailed (hydraulic and structural) design, assessment of the urban sanitation issues, preparation of urban Sanitation Improvement Plan , preparation of drainage master plan etc. International experience and experience in development partner-financed contracts will be considered an advantage. c) Firm’s financial soundness, in-house staffing resources with relevant expertise (extent of relevant expertise available among the staff who are on the firm’s regular payroll). However, CVs of individual staff will not be evaluated in the EOI/shortlisting stage. Other Details (if applicable): The duration of the Consultancy services shall be 25 months or project closing date or credit/loan closing date, whichever comes earlier.
