(vii) Up to date Trade License, Up to date Income Tax clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate etc. (viii) Certificate of Incorporation, Memorandum of Article & Association, Joint Venture Agreement(If necessary) & related documents. (ix) Manpower & Equipment Capabilities-As mentioned in the TDS. (x) Information about Litigation. (xi) Tenderers must furnish the entire necessary supporting document.
