The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of Building successfully completed within the last 5 [Five] years with a value of at least Tk.75.00 Lakh in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. [years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd] 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.100.00 Lakh over the last 05[five]years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable.[years counting backward from the date of publication of e-Tender in the National e-GP system portal http://www.eprocure.gov.bd] 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines[must be unconditional and given by the proper format.] of the Tenderer shall be Tk.30.00 Lakh. Not before 01.06.2023. 5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: : Tk.95.00 Lakh 6. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents: i. Up-to-date Trade License. ii. Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. iii. NID iv. Vat Registration Certificate(13 Digit) v. Business Address. vi. Experience certificate for respective work. 7.
