Improve frontend technology to reduce server roundtrip and ensure seamless routing and page transition for super faster data throughput. Technological upgradation as well as new feature inclusion and customization of existing features of all modules of existing running Billing Software of Dhaka WASA. Functional enhancement to meet consumers’ desire and improve bottlenecks. Microservice based software architecture implementation for flueless business process scalability, flexible integration, allows cross-functional teams to develop-test-deployment in optimum time. Seamless voucher integration with DWASA accounting software for measuring daily collection and provide facility to revenue forecast with strong data analytics tools. Automated reconciliation with connected banks for maintaining data validation and consistency with accounting software of DWASA. GIS interface for geographic location (Zone, DMA (District Metered Area etc.)) based bill data (Collection, Due, Overdue and Pending) analysis. AI (Artificial Intelligent) implementation for bill and invoice process to prevent fraud invoice, data exchange from AMR and SCADA to billing software.
