Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2021-22 with TIN Number. 7. VAT Registration Certificate. 8. Manufacturer Authorizations Letter from OEM 9. Bill Process System: License Renal Fee will be OTM and Devices Maintenance Fee will be Annual.
