The survey is used to identify employer's percceptions of the crucial skills that are required to meet industry needs in various professions, and their expectations of our graduates. The purposes to outsoruce this survey includes; -To increase the response rate; -New employer satisfaction survey questionnaires; -To do validation on the data collection; -Analysis, clean and report writing after all employers complete their surveys 1.2 Data collection and submission for Employers Satisfaction Survey 2023 duration: July 2023 – June 2024 (11 months). [Refer to appendix.1 for the timeline] **1.3 Key Requirement a.Tenderer must submit together; a SHORT PROPOSAL and plan for implementing the research, demonstrating an understanding of the objectives of the project and detailing capacity to carry out the project within the agreed timescale. (Optional: A sample of Employers Satisfaction Survey/Questionnaire) b. It must be noted that the proposed project, its data, tools used and its findings belongs to the Ministry of Education and to be maintained confidential.
