The Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation through the General Directorate of Research and Innovation (DGRI), obtained within the framework of the State budget for fiscal years 2023 and 2024, funds in order to finance the realization of the works of construction of an R+1 administrative building of the research and development center of the Kokologho pharmaceutical technopole, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the intellectual services contract for " recruitment of a firm or a design office or a group of design offices with a view to carrying out the mission of monitoring, control and coordination of the construction works of an administrative building R+1 of the pole of research and development of the pharmaceutical technopole of Kokologho”. 3. The service consists of a lot:- mission of monitoring, control and coordination of the construction works of an administrative building R+1 of the research and development center of the Kokologho pharmaceutical technology park. 4. Interested candidates are invited to express their interest in the provision of the services described above by providing information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services. 5. This call for expressions of interest is subject to the provisions of Decree No. 2017- 0049/PRES/PM/MINEFID of February 1, 2017 on procedures for the award, execution and.
