The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) hereby requests you to submit a quotation for the service posted in GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). Below documents are submitted for your review so that you may prepare your quotation: a) Scope of Service (Annex A) b) Priced Activity Schedule form (Annex B) c) Requirements and Qualification Criteria (Annex C) To assist in the preparation of your price quotation, the necessary information, scope of services, person months and experts, form for submitting the quotation and a draft contract form are posted. 2. You must submit your quotation including the necessary documents mentioned in paragraph 3 electronically via GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal. Otherwise, you will not be considered further. 3. The documents to be submitted are as below: a) Business Registration Certificate b) Mandatory Disclosure Form c) Mandatory Certifications Form d) Personal Data Consent Form e) Client’s certificate of completion as evidence of experience in the subject area at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the scope included in this Request for Quotation over the last three years f) Priced Activity Schedule (Quotation) g) A document stating that your firm can provide the required service as per Annex A 4. In evaluating the quotations, GGGI will adjust for any arithmetical errors as follows: a) where there is a discrepancy between the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule or the quoted amount indicated in the quotation, the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule shall govern; b) where is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern; and c) if you refuse to accept the correction, your quotation will be rejected. 5. Your quotation shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of your quotation(s) specified in GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal. 6. Your quotation should be written in ENGLISH. 7. Please submit a price based on the Priced Activity Schedule (Annex B attached). 8. Currency of quoted prices and payment shall be United States Dollars. The quotation shall include all duties, local taxes and other levies payable by the contractor. 9. GGGI will evaluate and compare only the quotations determined to be substantially responsive. A quotation is not substantially responsive if it contains material deviations or reservations to the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Request for Quotation, and it will not be considered further. 10.
