Quotation are invited for Provision of IT Services and Server Connection for GGGI Burkina Faso. Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION - GGGI Burkina Faso is inviting eligible companies to submit their quotations for IT Services and Server Connection Support for 2 years to support the collection and storage of data to inform the National Observatory for Sustainable Development (ONDD) indicators; and facilitate link including internet connection between departments of Permanent Secretariat of the National Council for Sustainable Development (SP/CNDD) and Green Economy and Climate Change Branch (DGEVCC) and regions. For more details on the Scope of Services please refer to the RFQ document attached. 1. The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) hereby requests you to submit a quotation for the service posted in GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). Below documents are submitted for your review so that you may prepare your quotation: a) Scope of Service (Annex A) b) Priced Activity Schedule form (Annex B) c) Requirements and Qualification Criteria (Annex C) To assist in the preparation of your price quotation, the necessary information, scope of services, person months and experts, form for submitting the quotation and a draft contract form are posted. 2. You must submit your quotation including the necessary documents mentioned in paragraph 3 electronically via GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal. Otherwise, you will not be considered further. 3. The documents to be submitted are as below: a) Business Registration Certificate b) Mandatory Disclosure Form c) Mandatory Certifications Form d) Personal Data Consent Form e) Client’s certificate of completion as evidence of experience in the subject area at least one contract of the nature and complexity equivalent to the scope included in this Request for Quotation over the last three years f) Priced Activity Schedule (Quotation) g) A document stating that your firm can provide the required service as per Annex A 4. In evaluating the quotations, GGGI will adjust for any arithmetical errors as follows: a) where there is a discrepancy between the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule or the quoted amount indicated in the quotation, the total price in the Priced Activity Schedule shall govern; b) where is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by the quantity, the unit rate as quoted will govern; and c) if you refuse to accept the correction, your quotation will be rejected. 5. Your quotation shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the deadline for submission of your quotation(s) specified in GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal. 6. Your quotation should be written in ENGLISH. 7. Please submit a price based on the Priced Activity Schedule (Annex B attached). 8. Currency of quoted prices and payment shall be United States Dollars. The quotation shall include all duties, local taxes and other levies payable by the contractor. 9. GGGI will evaluate and compare only the quotations determined to be substantially responsive. A quotation is not substantially responsive if it contains material deviations or reservations to the terms, conditions, and specifications in this Request for Quotation, and it will not be considered further. 10. The bidder whose quotation has been accepted will be notified of the award of contract via GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal within the bid validity period. 11. GGGI will award the contract to the Contractor whose quotation has been determined to be substantially (technically) responsive to this Request for Quotation and who has offered the lowest evaluated price quotation. 12. The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract posted in website. 13. If you withdraw your quotation during the validity period and/or refuse to accept the award of a contract when and if awarded, then you will be excluded from the list of suppliers for the project for two years. 14. Further information can be obtained via GGGI’s e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). 15. Under GGGI’s Anticorruption Policy and Procurement Rules, bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics during the procurement and execution of such contracts. GGGI will reject a proposal for award, and will impose sanctions on parties involved, if it determines that the bidder recommended for award or any other party, has engaged in corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices in competing for, or in executing, the Contract. At the time of submission of your quotation or contract signature, you must not be in UN’s sanctions list (https://www.un.org/sc/suborg/en/sanctions/un-sc-consolidated-list) or have been debarred for a period exceeding one year or for an indefinite period by any Multilateral Development Bank (MDB), including the African Development Bank Group, the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank or the World Bank Group. The tender submission deadline is 30 May 2023 16:00 pm Korean Standard Time (KST). Interested parties will be required to register their details on the GGGI e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). HOW TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS: Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting ‘View Details’ on the relevant notice and then clicking the ‘Tender Application’ button. If you are a new supplier, you will be required to register your details. If you have an existing account, you will need to login to the portal. Please refer to the guidance documents under the `Supplier Guidance` area of the portal for further information. ONLINE TENDER MANAGEMENT Once in the Tender Management Area for the tender, there are five possible tabs: ‘Tender’, `Tender Documents`, ‘Correspondence’, ‘Clarifications’ and ‘History’. Select the 2nd tab (`Tender Documents`) where you will find useful information regarding the RFQ. Scroll down to the heading ‘Tender Documents Received’ where you will be able to view / download the documents. OPTING IN & OPTING OUT: Please note that you may be required to ‘Opt In’ before you can start populating your response. The ‘Opt Out’ functionality will also be available throughout the duration of the tender process. Opting out will give you the option of declaring you no longer want to receive any further communication in relation to this tender along with the opportunity of providing comments and feedback for this decision. Your quotation will not be submitted until you click `Submit Return`, located towards the bottom of the screen.
