Services include: • Make a diagnosis of agricultural potential, the main constraints and opportunities for agricultural intensification; • Justify the choice of the three components of the agricultural mechanization and intensification project with evidence, • Establish an inventory and a map of the existing situation in matter (i) AIRP type agricultural farm units, (ii) units mobile agricultural drilling and (iii) agricultural mechanization units; • Identify inputs and equipment, infrastructure, priority sectors and activities to be carried out as well as the types of hydro-agricultural development to be carried out; • Conduct a technical and economic feasibility study of the project with a focus on units ((i) agricultural farm unit of AIRP type, (ii) mobile agricultural drilling unit, (iii) agricultural mechanization units); • Propose sites of intervention, synergies to develop and their accessibility (cost and logistics); • Develop an economic model (Business model) of the units AIRP type agricultural farms, (ii) mobile agricultural drilling units, (iii) agricultural mechanization units); • Analyze the risks linked to the implementation of the said project; • Develop the Business Plan for the said project; • Propose methods for targeting and selecting potential beneficiaries; • Identify technical and financial partners including potential investors able to participate in the implementation of the this project; • Propose arrangements for implementing the project (steering system, monitoring and evaluation system, financing plan); • Propose actions to promote gender and inclusion social; • Develop a project implementation timeline..
