Qualification requirements include: • The average annual volume of renovation work turnover for the Bidders within the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022) shall be at least USD 5,700,000.00. • The bidders shall demonstrate experience as prime contractor in the new construction and renovation works of at least two (2) works of a similar nature or complexity equivalent to the works within the last five (5) years and with a minimum at least of USD 2,865,000.00 for each. To comply with this requirement, works cited should be at least 75 percent completed, billed, and paid and documentary evidence must be submitted with the bid. • The bidders shall demonstrate the minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments shall be a minimum at least of USD 650,000.00. • Bidders with valid registration from the Ministry of Commerce (MOC), and Land Management Urban Planning and Construction (LMUPC) or Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MPWT), and a valid registration/permit /patent issued by the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF). • Bidders with duly audited financial statements by an independent firm, for the last three (3) years (2020, 2021 & 2022) demonstrating soundness of its financial position. As a minimum, the Bidder's net worth for the last three (3) years calculated as the difference between total assets and. The last date to submit your bid for this tender was 29 Aug 2023.
