Tenders are invited for Consultancy for Providing Training for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners in the Framework of the “Integrated Covid-19 Response for Poor Urban Settings in Phnom Penh” Scope of Tender Lot 1 - Financial Literacy and Rights of Loan Holders Training • Trainees: 105 Entrepreneurs and Micro/Small Business Owners • Duration: 5 Full Days • Expected Education Level of Trainees: Low • Objective: Provide Basic Financial Literacy to Improve the Day-to-Day Management and Planning of Business Finances, including Debt Management. Considering that Part or Majority of the Trainees are Expected to be Loan Holders, the Course should Also Include Sessions on the Rights of Borrowers. • Methodology: Teaching Techniques and Approach should be Adapted to the Audience's Education Level and Previous Knowledge (Which is Expected to be Low) Lot 2 - Digital Marketing Skills Training • Trainees: 105 Entrepreneurs and Micro/Small Business Owners • Duration: 1 Full Day • Expected Education Level of Trainees: Low • Objective: Provide Basic Skills to Effectively Promote the Business Online, Mainly through the Use of Social Media (e.g., Facebook). General Tips on Marketing Techniques (including Offline as Relevant) should be Integrated in the Agenda. • Methodology: Teaching Techniques and Approach should be Adapted to the Audience's Education Level and Previous Knowledge (Which is Expected to be Low). Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from the PIN Office provided in the contact details, Cambodia between 9.00 AM and 5 PM (GMT+7) during working days before April 24th, 2023 at 5PM (GMT+7) or upon request via email to Email. Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded. Communication will be held through e-mail. In case the Tenderer does not inform PIN about corresponding e-mail address PIN will send the copy of the answer to any e-mail address available to PIN from public sources and then the Tenderer cannot claim that they it did not know the same information as other Tenderers.
