Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services: Ex-Post Evaluation of the Douala Rain Drainage Project (PDP) 5. The AO may be consulted free of charge and withdrawn upon presentation of a receipt for payment of the non-refundable sum of one hundred thousand (100,000) CFA Francs to the CAS Account – ARMP n° 33598800001 – 89 opened with the BICEC agencies of the capitals of the Regions of Cameroon and the agencies of Dschang and Limbé during working hours, to the Directorate of General Services and Heritage of the Urban Community of Douala, located at 222, rue Pasteur, on the 5th floor of the SCI building in BONANJO, BP 43 Douala, Tel/.Fax: +237 233 4215 09, E-mail: jem7essoka@yahoo.fr with a copy to martekey@yahoo.fr upon publication of this tender notice. 7. Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond, established by a first-rate bank approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance of Cameroon and whose list appears in the DAO (see Annex F), of a amount of two million (2,000,000) CFA francs, and valid for five (05) months from the date set for the opening of bids. 5.
