As part of this project management, the technical design office (BET) will be responsible for: i. The management of the execution of the works contract: It includes all the actions necessary for the proper conduct of the works, in particular: - validation of the execution projects; - transmission of service orders; - management of meetings and production of minutes and reports; - control of the technical provisions; - verification of situations and accounts as well as proposal to the Project Owner for liquidation; - assistance to the Project Owner for arbitration and settlement of disputes. ii. Scheduling, Steering and Coordination of construction sites (OPC): It includes all the actions necessary for the proper conduct of the work, in particular: - the analysis and validation of the elementary tasks; - coordination between stakeholders; - verification of the site; - business monitoring; - assistance in the development of endorsements. iii. Assistance with receiving operations (AOR): It includes the following actions: - regulation of the completion of works; - organization of reception operations; - management of the exercise of guarantees by the Company and the lifting of reservations; - preparation of the files of the works carried out. iv. Capacity building and skills transfer; v. periodic reporting to the Project Owner and physical and digital archiving of all documents related to the implementation of the project.
