Tenders are invited for Extension and Modernization of the Land Facilities of the Passenger Terminal and Administrative Building, Freight Terminal, Mechanical Workshop, Road of Access, Redevelopment of the Port Storage Area and Traffic Routes The Tender Dossier in French can be purchased by any Bidder in making a written request to the address below against payment not refundable of 100,000 CVE or 900 EUR. The method of payment will be by bank transfer banking. The tender dossier will be sent by e-mail. 7. Bids should be delivered to the address below at the end of this invitation to tender. tender no later than 14/08/2023 – 09:00. Electronic Bids will not be not allowed. Late Bids will be rejected. 8. The Bids will be opened publicly in the presence of the designated representatives of the Bidders and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below at the end of this invitation to tender on 14/08/2023 – 09:15. 9.
