Specifically, these are: Strengthen the capacities of the bodies leading the ENP process on the identification and analysis of variables and actors; Accompany the organs in the identification of the variables and actors of the societal life of the CAR; Carry out training on MICMAC, MACTOR, MORPHOL, SMIC-PRO-EXPERT [1] software ; Support the bodies in the use of software relating to the analysis of variables, the play of actors and the construction of scenarios; And Produce a mission report. [1] The MICMAC software (Matrix of Cross-Multiplication Impacts Applied to a Classification) or structural analysis is a tool for structuring a collective reflection making it possible to lead to the identification of key variables. The MACTOR software (Method Actors, Objectives, Balance of power) makes it possible to analyze the strategies of the actors. [1] MORPHOL: Zwicky's morphological analysis which scans the field of possibilities and reduces uncertainty. SMIC-PROB-EXPERT (Cross Impacts Systems and Matrices): Probabilistic cross impacts. (i) structural analysis using the MICMAC method; (ii) the DELPHI method for formulating hypotheses on a variable; (iii) the Régnier Abacus to process the results of a consultation of experts and (iv) the MACTOR method which seeks to estimate the ratios of the actors of a system and to study the convergences and divergences between these actors..
