Companies wishing to tender may obtain additional information and examine the tender documents at the address indicated below: Directorate of Drinking Water Supply, BP 1769 Rondpoint des travaux, N' Djamena-Chad, between 7 a.m. and 3.30 p.m. from Monday to Thursday and from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday except public holidays. 5. Interested candidates may acquire the tender documents, subject to payment of a non-refundable amount of 1,000,000 CFA francs. Requests to send files by express courier must be accompanied by a non-refundable sum (1,000,000 FCFA). The Administration can in no way be held responsible for the non-receipt of files sent, whatever the method of sending. 6. Tenders must reach the Directorate of Drinking Water Supply in N'Djamena BP 1769 Tel (235) 63 62 26 52, no later than June 27, 2023, at 9:00 am, N'Djamena time. Bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The tenderer undertakes to maintain the validity of his tender for a period of 120 days from the deadline for the submission of tenders. 7. The bids will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening session on June 27, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., N'Djamena time, in the meeting room of the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, one hour after the deadline for submission of tenders..
