That what is required is not found in the electronic catalog of the Framework Agreement and is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes of the Service. That, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 250, of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, and its subsequent amendments, the Bases approved in this act were prepared, which they observe the principles of free concurrence of bidders to the administrative call and of equality that govern bankruptcy procedures, and comply with the technical and legal requirements to verify the performance of this public tender. That what is required is not found in the electronic catalog of the Framework Agreement and is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes of the Service. That, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 19,886 and its Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 250, of 2004, of the Ministry of Finance, and its subsequent amendments, the Bases approved in this act were prepared, which they observe the principles of free concurrence of bidders to the administrative call and of equality that govern bankruptcy procedures, and comply with the technical and legal requirements to verify the performance of this public tender.
