Payment will be made to the authorizing officer of the Provincial Directorate of the DGRAD in Kinshasa. 8 – Submissions must be submitted on avenue tsf n ° 9 in the commune of Gombe in Kinshasa / DRC (in the meeting room on the 6th level ), no later than May 16, 2023 at 11:30 a.m. ( local time, UT+1). The Late bids will not be accepted. The offers will be opened in the presence of the representatives of the tenderers who wish to attend the opening of the folds on May 16, 2023 at 12 p.m. sharp (local time, UT + 1) at the following address: avenue tsf n ° 9 in the municipality of La Gombe in Kinshasa/DRC (in the meeting room). Tenders must be accompanied by a bank guarantee or a certified check for 1% of the amount of the tender per lot and must remain valid for a period of 90 days from the deadline for submission of tenders..
