The support will be carried out in several stages: – A framework meeting with the monitoring committee, made up of members of ECPM and the CPJ. – Analysis of stakeholder needs, existing tools (if applicable) and bibliographic research. – Interviews (physical or telephone) with members of the educational teams and other actors targeted during the framing meeting. – Meetings with members of the educational teams and the CPJ, in particular during the RIEA meeting in May 2023 – Delivery of tools and presentation to the ECPM team. A particular follow-up time with the person in charge of the Educate program of ECPM will have to be included. 3. Deliverables “Student tool”: must allow the acquisition and appropriation of the abolitionist argument “Tool for educators”: must allow the acquisition of the knowledge and skills necessary for the animation of awareness sessions on the abolition of the death penalty by promoting a questioning pedagogy. 4. Selection criteria – experience in active / interrogative pedagogy – mastery of written and oral French – knowledge of the national context of the DRC – experience in ECSI and HRE – submission of a complete file including: methodological offer of one to two pages, a complete CV and a financial offer. The educational tool and its accompanying guide will be produced in 100 copies and distributed to Congolese educational teams and within the RIEA. 5.
