Particular attention should be paid to the inclusion or non-inclusion of groups of HRDs working on so-called “sensitive” issues (women's rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, fight against corruption, etc.) in existing protection mechanisms. ; - Identify, for each of the three countries, which strategies and action levers inspired by the good practices identified by the study should be implemented in French embassies in order to make the protection of HRDs effective in the 3 target countries, in accordance with local needs. This identification work will be continued and deepened at the end of the study by the project team. Expected deliverables - A first document devoted to good diplomatic practices for the protection of HRDs identified around the world. - A study for each of the three countries identifying the diplomatic protection practices in force as well as possible ways of applying them.
