The subject of the public contract is the purchase of Xerographic white paper SRA3 for laser and inkjet printing hereinafter referred to as the goods according to the Specification of the required goods listed in Annex No 1 of the draft Purchase Agreement which is an attachment to this call and its delivery to the buyer at the place of performance according to Article V paragraph 5 3 of the draft Purchase Agreement Brief description of the item nThe subject of the public contract is the purchase of XEROGR paper SRA3 white for securing orders for parts of the Ministry of Defense and the Czech Armed Forces nThe buyer requests a 24-month warranty on the quality of the goods The purchase price of the goods including VAT and including the delivery of the goods to the place of fulfillment n nInvoice - the tax document will be paid within 30 days of its delivery Before the expiry of the due date the contracting authority is entitled to return without payment an invoice - a tax document that does not contain any particulars or has other defects in the content and must mark them on the returned invoice -
