Latest Europe Tenders
250,406 live tenders, updated daily.
Europe tenders on Tender Impulse are calls for bids from public buyers across the continent: national ministries, regional and municipal governments, hospitals, universities, utilities, rail and road operators and state-owned companies. Contracts let by European Union institutions and projects financed by international lenders appear in the same listing.
Right now Tender Impulse lists 250,406 open tenders from Europe, published by buyers in 47 countries. In the past twelve months Tender Impulse recorded more than 2,300,000 notices from countries in Europe.
The countries with the most open tenders are Poland (40,300), Spain (31,019), Germany (30,971), Ukraine (18,239), Moldova (17,234) and France (15,428).
By sector, most open tenders in Europe fall under Infrastructure and construction, Healthcare & Medical, IT-Software, Education & Training, Transportation & Mobility and Oil and Gas.
Where European tenders are published
In EU member states, contracts above the EU thresholds are published on TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the online version of the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union. Smaller contracts stay on national systems: Germany lists federal opportunities on service.bund.de, France advertises in the BOAMP and on PLACE, and Poland runs procurement on e-Zamówienia. Outside the EU, Ukraine buys through Prozorro, Turkey through EKAP and Moldova through MTender.
EU institutions and development lenders
EU institutions publish their own calls for tenders on TED and on the Funding & Tenders Portal. In several countries outside the EU, such as Ukraine, Moldova and the Western Balkans, projects financed by the EBRD add further work. Most of those opportunities are posted on the EBRD Client e-Procurement Portal (ECEPP), where suppliers register before taking part.
Languages and documents
TED publishes basic information in all official EU languages, but the full notice only has to be in one, and tender documents usually follow the buyer's own language. Spanish notices may use Catalan, Basque or Galician, Belgian tenders may be in Dutch, French or German, and Prozorro works in Ukrainian. Tender Impulse subscribers can request translation of tender details at no extra cost and ask for the full bid documents.
Following Europe without gaps
Daily email alerts combine keywords with CPV codes, the common classification of EU public procurement, and can be narrowed by country, buyer and deadline. Contract award data shows who won earlier contracts and at what value, which helps with pricing. A free live demo shows how European notices look before subscribing.
