The complete terms of reference are available on the Infrastructure Cell website: www.celluleinfra.org , under the “Call for tenders” tab The Infrastructure Unit, Project Executing Agency, invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultant”) to express their interest in providing the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services. The criteria for establishing the shortlist are: – be a consulting and engineering company that can demonstrate experience in the fields of road engineering and road project management. – have experience of World Bank procedures and regulations regarding procurement. – be able to justify the following minimum experience over the last five (5) years: (i) at least 2 proven experiences in the management and maintenance of road networks in a tropical climate; (ii) at least 2 proven experiences in the field of paved roads in carrying out technical studies, control, surveillance or supervision of a contract including at least one experience in Sub-Saharan Africa; (iii) at least one (01) experience of technico-economic feasibility studies and similar detailed technical studies (APS-APD-DAO) of paved roads of at least 400 km or at least several similar experiences for a.
