Bid must be delivered to the address shown on the bid data sheet at 2:00 PM and all bids must be accompanied by a bid security of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand). The bid will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives, who choose to attained at the same place and Date as bid submission at 2:30 PM. Bidders may obtain further information from, and inspect the bidding document at the address indicated on #11 below. Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be delivered on 45th days from the first date of bid announcement. The bid closing and opening shall be held on the same date and at the same place, The bid security shall, at the bidder's option, be in the form of cash, a certified cheque of first payable order (CPO), or an unconditional bank guarantee by any Ethiopian bank. The format of the bid security should be in accordance with the form of bid security included in section-4 of bidding forms or another acceptable to the Employer.
