As part of the initiative, JEOP plan to start cash transfer in Tigray based on the needed and result of a feasibility assessment conducted by an independent consultant. JEOP has planned to conduct a rapid cash feasibility assessment in Tigray to update available data and understand the most appropriate cash transfer modality in Tigray. Therefore, this assessment will be conducted in selected 12 woredas to update context and market information for JEOPS program decision-making. The sealed bid document shall be submitted to the CRS Ethiopia address mentioned above into the bid box provided for the purpose on or before June 31, 2023, at 3:00 PM.
