Ifc Intends to Engage a Consultant to Provide Consultation and Facilitation Services in Relation to Free Prior Informed Consent (Fpic) for the Aysha Iii Site. The Objective is to Reach a Framework Fpic Agreement with the Affected Community; Which will be Included in Bidding Documents for Project Developers to Serve as a Basis for the Final Fpic Negotiations to be Undertaken by the Winning Developer. Services will be Delivered for the Most Part at the Project Site and will Include:1.Initial Community Engagement; Capacity Building; And Establishment of an Fpic Negotiation Committee within the Community;2.Work with a Local Committee in Charge of Fpic Negotiations;3.Preparation and Signature of an Fpic Framework Agreement with the Affected Community. The Wbg Reserves the Right to Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, including but not Limited to, Name of Company Receiving the Award, Brief Description of Services, and Contract Award Amount, for Any Contract Award Valued over Us$250,000.
