The Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application and copies of necessary renewed licences with originals the Sidama National Regional State Irrigation and Development Agency, P/F/P/Ad/D, third floor, in front of Hawassa City administration office and the bidding document at the address given above during working hours (Morning from 8:30 up to 12:30 am Afternoon from 1:30 up to 5:30 pm) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred) in cash. Bidders are required to bring both original and three copies of each of their bid documents for technical and financial offers in separate sealed envelopes as indicated in the instruction ta bidders stated in clause ITC 24 and Bid data sheet. 8. Bids must be delivered to the Sidama National Regional State Irrigation Development Agency, Ayalnesh Mall floor number three Telephone number TEL:- 046 221 7860, on 21st consecutive days including Saturday and Sunday from the date of this announcement in the national newspaper or up to 2:00 p.m. and Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder/ their representatives who choose to attend in person at 2:30 p.m at the date 22nd day of announcement on the national newspaper/. If the 22nd day is a weekend or Ethiopian holiday the bid will open the next working day. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.
