In the absence of the proper functioning of the UPSS, the ICT equipment are receiving the unstable electric power with full of risk. Hence, competent electro mechanical specialized consulting firm who can assess the UPSS and their installation problems in detail and propose the best solution is required. Scope of the Assignment:- The firm is required to: - Identify of The Battery and Power modules and their related components problem Power communication boards/cards and their related components problem identification. Identify and examine (all power cables, breakers, etc..) and configurations problems. Provide Cost breakdown estimations to maintain the existing UPSS and their installations to enable Beneficiary for Budget Preparation. Proposing hierarchical solution alternatives/provide recommendations on replacing the existing UPS system by the new one if maintaining the existing is not recommended. Preparing Terms of References (ToRs) or specification for the selected option by MoF for the procurement of required hardware and services to install. Give consultancy Service for the implementation of the selected option during bid preparation, launching, evaluation and monitoring the implementation of the system by the winning bidder. Submit all the different reports and solution documents mentioned under this "Scope and Deliverables of the Assignment." The maximum duration of the assignment is 25 calendar days. This is to complete the final report on the proposed solution SOR and RFP. The firm need to provide Scheduling of Activities and Time frame. Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours i.e. from 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM. Expressions of interest must be delivered in a form to the address below (in person, by mail, by Fax, by e-mail on or before April 25, 2023. Bid closing date: April 25, 2023.
