Tenders are invited for Procurement of Consultancy Services Detailed Study& Concept Design Preparation, Employer's Requirement, Technical Specification & Boq Preparation with Cost Estimate & Sbd Preparation, Design Review, Supervision, and Contract Administration) for Mixed-Use Market Center for Re-Establishment of Farmers Project 3. Interested eligible applicants should have proven experience and best performance reputations in the delivery of Consultancy Services (detailed study & concept design preparation, employer's requirement, technical specification & BOQ preparation with cost estimate & SBD preparation, design review, supervision and contract administration on a project similar to this project in size and complexity. Applicants may obtain further information from Addis Ababa City Administration Mega Projects Construction Office, at office hours (8.30 AM-12:30 PM & 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday) local time at Arat kilo, Nib bank building, 7th floor, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. 4. A Complete set of bidding documents/tender documents prepared in English shall be purchased by interested applicants upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr (ETB) 500.00 (Five Hundred Birr only) starting from the date of this announcement. The method of payment will be in Cash or CPO or a Bank transfer through the Office's SWIFT address Addis Ababa City administration Mega Projects Construction Office, commercial bank of Ethiopia, account number 1000337484925 for tenderers before collection of the Tender documents. The Employer has no liability for loss or late delivery. The delivery procedure is usually by presenting the documents physically. 5. Bidders shall submit their Bids in two envelopes, the first envelope labeled as "Qualification Information and Bid Security" and the second envelope "Financial Bid", separately sealed and the two envelopes sealed in another outer envelope and shall be delivered to the address below at or before 2:00 PM, July 27/2023 and opened the same date at 2.30 PM in the presence of bidder's representative who wishes to attend. Late applications shall be rejected.
