The bid documents should be submitted in one original and one copy. "Original Technical Document" and "Copy I of Technical Document" respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope marked: "Technical Document". Similarly, the original and copies of the financial documents shall be sealed in separate envelopes and marked "Original Financial Document" and "Copy of Financial Document" respectively, and the two envelopes shall then be sealed in an outer envelope marked: "Financial Document". Then the technical and financial documents shall then be sealed in the mother's envelope marked with the name of the Bidder, project. All envelopes shall then be sealed. All bids shall be delivered to ATI, Amhara Agricultural Transformation Center (AATC) at Bahir Dar, Aregawiyan Building 2nd Floor, Office No.14 before the bid closing date and time. The bid closing date shall be on April 07, 2023, G.C at 8:00 pm local time and will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representative at the office of ATI, Amhara Regional Office /Conference Room/, Bahir Dar in the same date at 8:30 pm local time. If the bid opening date is a holiday, the closing and opening of the bid will be the next working day at the same time and at the same venue.
