Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 31, 2023, @ 10:30 AM. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on March 31, 2023, @ 10:30 AM. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting as per stated in the bidding document. The amount of bid security is ETB 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr). Bid Security must be in the form of either CPO or Bank Guarantee from a recognized local bank. Insurance of Bond and bid security declaration is not acceptable. The bid security shall be attached with or in the original bid, proposals envelope.
