Specific Objective of the Project: To Increase the percentage of youth utilizing youth-friendly and gender-sensitive SRH services (disaggregated by sex, age and location) in target areas by the end of the project To reduce the percentage of unintended adolescent pregnancies (15-19) reported by health facilities in target areas by the end of the project To Improve the youth's knowledge on SRH (disaggregated by sex, age, and location) by 2024 DSW Ethiopia is seeking an external consulting firm to conduct a baseline assessment study in Amhara (2 Youth empowerment centers), Oromia (5 Youth empowerment centers), and SNNP(1 Youth empowerment center) regions of selected target areas (Shashemene, Asela, Adama, Bishoftu, Alelitu, Bishoftu, Alelitu Dangila, A/zemen and Hossana). OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY Main Objective The main objective of the consultancy service is to conduct the baseline study using the appropriate tool and provide baseline values for the expected project outcomes on unintended pregnancy, youth friendly SRH and gender sensitive services and youth's knowledge on SRH in the target areas. Specific objectives of baseline study are: To assess youth-friendly SRH services utilization in the target area To assess gender-sensilive issues in the target areas Prevalence of unintended adolescent pregnancles (15-19) reported by health facilities To assess youth's knowledge on SRH in the target area Bid closing date: Within seven (7) working days from the date of this announcement Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa.
