Specific objective is: Conduct an audit of existing standards in use, including engaging with the MOA and meeting with commercial farms to understand the additional agronomic and postharvest handling practices that they employ to meet high-end market standards. Supplement data with our own understanding of industry standards and develop a demand-driven training curriculum for traders and wholesalers on key topics in quality standards.
