The method of payment will be direct deposit to Oromia Water & Energy Bureau Adera Account No. 1000007342032, or direct cash payment to the counter cashier at the Oromia Water and Energy Bureau. The document will be collected in hard copy. 6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 28 July 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 28 July 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (Immediately after the deadline for submission of bids). 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of ETB 760,000.00 (Ethiopian Birr Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand) or USD 14,000.00 (US Dollar Fourteen Thousand) or an equivalent amount in any freely convertible currency from a reputable source from any eligible country in the form of Bank Guarantee included in section IV (Bid Forms) of the bidding document, or irrevocable Letter of Credit or Cashier’s Payment Order (CPO). 8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Framework requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document..
