The service must be integrated with, among others, AD and other applications specified in the annexes. The overall solution will make our professionals' time more efficient and streamline the well-being area's customers' transactions. The hardware included in the solution must include a self-registration and queue number device as well as info and door displays. The SaaS application included in the solution must be compatible with the solution's hardware. The application is used by the well-being area's professionals to manage patient flow, background data on devices and applications, information content on info displays and room management. The solution will implement, among other things, extensive integration with the Apotti APTJ system of the well-being area via the HL interface, but the SaaS service must be based on the product-based solution in use. The procurement seeks one (1) supplier with overall responsibility. The service must be in production within 6 months of signing the agreement and include the required integrations. The customer must generally be able to import data into the solution application themselves. The solution must support both social care and healthcare registration, walk-in queues and reporting. The solution can be developed through change management, by a separate decision of the customer, by acquiring new functionalities, entities and integrations. In addition, new functions can be added to the solution through change management, by a decision of the customer, by utilizing, for example, the customer's uncommitted hours. The delivery includes a four (4) month piloting phase.
