Service products: 3.1 Personal help for daily activities for clients living at home 3.2 Personal help at home outside 3.3 Professional personal assistance for daily activities and home outside 3.4 Substitute arrangements for personal assistance, applies to customers who act as employers themselves (e.g. planned or sudden by a permanent assistant off work) 3.5 Substitute arrangement for professional personal assistance, applies to customers, who act as employers themselves and need professional personal help (e.g. planned or sudden leave of absence by a permanent assistant) of service products Regarding 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3, the service must be started according to the order or at the latest Within 14 days of the order. The service is implemented every day of the week, as a rule, between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., but also at other times of the day. The help the customer needs can be divided into several visits during the day and a part the visits are about 1-2 hours long. The customer defines when he wants that the assistants visit takes place.
