To carry out this capitalization, PARTAGE wishes to call on a consultancy team. It can be one person, a pair or even a team made up of more than two people as long as the relevance of this choice is specified in the response to the Call for Tender and appears well argued and balanced. Consultants are asked to include, in their service offer, detailed proposals regarding the methodology they propose to implement (steps, actors to be mobilised, meetings and feedback, information collection and consultation methodology, documents produced, coordination with sponsors). The consultants will also offer, in their service offer,the distribution of the number of working days at the different stages of the study (and between each consultant as part of a team of consultants). The maximum budget available for this capitalization is 20,000 euros including tax . Technical and financial offers should be sent by e-mail before May 28, 2023 at midnight (French time) to Marie Benketaf ( marie.benketaf@partage.org ) and Roula Tannous ( r.tannous@mouvementsocial.org ); specifying in subject: “CAPI/LINK”. To be considered, applications must include a technical proposal respecting the framework provided in the appendix, the CV(s) of the proposed consultant(s) as well as a financial proposal (quote)..
