More specifically, this study will: 1. identify the main sources of conflict along the various cross-border transhumance routes to be studied; 2. to identify the different actors involved in the exploitation of pastoral resources and impacted by transhumance; 3. to identify the various local authorities able to play a role in a peaceful regulation of the dynamics of transhumance; 4. to better characterize the vulnerability factors to which the populations dependent on transhumant livestock are exposed (feeding practices of children and FEFA, access to veterinary and human care, access to water, education, etc.); 5. to propose concrete actions that can lead to a better dialogue between the different actors identified and to a planning and reasoned management of transhumance, including beyond the administrative borders they cross.
