UNESCO is looking for a reliable and qualified service provider capable of providing a comprehensive service delivery to enable the maintenance of facilities with an optimal level of service. User satisfaction must be the constant concern of the provider. The market concerns the upkeep and maintenance of elevators. It concerns the implementation of optimal means to guarantee their proper functioning with the aim of ensuring: The safety of people and property; Maintaining and sustaining operating performance at an optimal level; Continuity of service and maintenance of operating parameters Compliance with these objectives will result in: A high availability rate of facilities; The absence of major breakdowns; A low failure rate after repair; The speed of interventions. At the end of the consultation, the Organization will establish a long-term agreement (LTA) with the successful bidder for a maximum period of 4 years..
