The objective of this call for tenders is to select a service provider to support the P3V project and achieve the following objectives: Objective 1: Support for consultation and consultation with stakeholders • Support the VS in developing a sustainable consultation framework between the public VS, veterinarians and private VPPs, veterinary livestock assistants (AVE) and breeders; • Plan and carry out consultation activities with breeders, women and men, including young people, around issues relating to the supply and demand for services (in animal health and production) from VPPs. Objective 2: Support for VS awareness and communication campaigns to consolidate the position of VPPs within the network of animal health professionals • Accompany the P3V project and the VS to develop a simple plan for communication and exchange of experience on the updated veterinary regulatory framework; • Strengthen the visibility of VPP services through communication actions with breeders; • Improve the knowledge of actors in the network of animal health professionals and particularly VPPs on good practices for the use of veterinary drugs..
