2026_001 rental linen for catering The W rzburg Ad R student union is hereinafter referred to as AG The bidder or contractor is hereinafter referred to as AN The entire offer phase and collaboration takes place in German The contractor must name a responsible German-speaking contact person and a representative for the tender The contractor must appoint a responsible German-speaking contact person and a representative for customer service and complaint processing In the following the term laundry always refers to work clothing and flat items The client is tendering a full-service rental system for work clothing and flat items for the catering department in the form of a framework agreement This includes a the provision of the laundry b the cleaning of the laundry c the maintenance of the laundry d the collection of soiled laundry and delivery of clean laundry to the respective delivery points see delivery point list appendix 17 Each delivery point must be delivered once a week on a specified day Delivery must be made in roll containers Roll containers must be made available to the client for the return of dirty laundry New goods are generally offered at the start of the term In the further cooperation deviations are e g B by deferring or returning to the warehouse only permitted within the AG without consultation All laundry offered must be suitable for industrial washing processes Note Quantities The client specifies a daily change of linen for each employee This results in a number of 11 sets per week for each employee including one safety set The total prices given per position are therefore weekly prices The quantities listed in the individual items in the list of services are the previous average textile quantities in the reference period taking into account the delivery point added discontinued during the contract period The quantities stated are for calculation purposes only there is no obligation for the client to purchase the goods Neither a minimum quantity nor a specific annual quantity is guaranteed The quantities specified in this list of services form the basis for the evaluation of the offer The exact need for the individual items will be determined following the fitting appointments for initial equipment An increase or decrease in the laundry inventory is always possible Future fluctuations in demand are possible Quantity changes are generally only made by the client Laundry that has been canceled must be removed from the invoice after one week at the latest The contract is concluded with the award letter The term of the framework agreement begins on May 1 2026 the point in time from which all facilities are fully equipped and the service is fully provided The contract term is 3 years from the start of the term The client has the one-off option to extend the contract by one year The maximum term of the framework agreement is four years and does not require termination In the event of an extension the contractor will be notified of this in writing no later than 6 months before the end of the contract If the client does not make use of the extension option any exchange of work clothing must be approved by the client upon announcement of the end of the contract or at the latest 6 months before the end of the contract The prices offered are fixed prices which apply for the entire contract period All costs including all additional costs which are necessary for the services mentioned in the preliminary remarks and to fulfill the services advertised below must be included in the standard prices Prices must be stated in euros net with 3 decimal places For the calculation the employee can assume 6 weeks of vacation entitlement per employee The framework agreement is based on 160 employees
