Coordinator for safety and health sigeko from 2026 old landfill site johannes The subject of this call for tenders is the required services of a safety and health coordinator SiGeKo for the next few years from 2026 2026 -2028 with option 2029-2030 The SiGe coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the required occupational safety measures -Construction site regulations BauStellV and -DGUV Rule 101-004 to take over and demonstrate the relevant expertise according to RAB 30 and the expertise according to DGUV Rule 101-004 It is pointed out that the occupational medical suitability of the person above of the personnel deployed at the location The SiGe coordinator according to BaustellV basically has to carry out the following tasks -Viewing the approval and execution documents -Revision adjustment update of the safety and health protection plan SIGE plan if necessary coordination with the client and the responsible authorities and professional associations -Checking the operating instructions of the construction contractor -Determination of reporting obligations for everyone involved in the construction by the SiGe coordinator -Conducting instructions for the construction contractor and if necessary initial and follow-up instructions for other project participants -Optimization of the construction process in terms of safety in coordination with everyone involved -Controlling compliance with the construction site regulations and securing the construction site -Regular inspections of the construction site to monitor compliance with the requirements set out in the safety plan and the operating instructions - approx every 2 weeks and if necessary additional appointments upon agreement and upon request from AG -Reporting in construction consultations - approx every 4 weeks -Keeping a record of safety instructions -Establishment of safety standards in accordance with Section 4 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act if necessary -Organization of safety inspections including their evaluation and monitoring of the elimination of defects -Checking evidence test certificates etc and devices -Checking safety equipment and protective measures -Intervene when dangerous conditions become apparent -Documentation requirements As part of the revision adjustment update of the safety and health protection plan SiGe plan the validity of the regulations rules and information recorded there must be checked and updated if necessary The safety-related coordinator must carry out ongoing documentation and evaluation in the form of weekly reports and reporting in construction consultations Following Processes must be documented -Instructing employees and checking compliance with operating instructions -Issued protective measures -Control incidents regarding compliance with safety regulations -Condition completeness of personal protective equipment -Functionality of the protective devices of the machines and devices -Visits instructions from the builder and relevant authorities -Industrial accidents and incidents -Final report on the construction period in advance as a draft to the AG MDSE for review correction instructions must be incorporated resubmission of the corrected copy for final approval
