Framework agreement on the delivery of cold drinks 1 1 Services 1 1 1 Delivery with cold drinks Delivery of non -alcoholic and alcoholic cold drinks to the locations of the Deutsche Bundesbank central Ginnheim FBC Skyper Skyper -Villa Signaris Trianon Primetower and main administration in Frankfurt am Main including collection and withdrawal of the reusable bottles and circumference The delivery of the drinks called up should be possible on at least five working days The collection and withdrawal of the reusable bottles barrels and circumstances takes place on pre-theses with the relevant department A specific list of delivery points contact persons and delivery conditions is attached B1_anlage 1 1 1 2 Price levy In the prices specified by the bidder all costs for the implementation of the services mentioned under 1 1 1 must be included Subsequent surcharges such as energy or delivery flat rates are not accepted If the minimum order quantities are to be observed and surcharges for the delivery of small quantities are charged these must be specified separately when the price was levy 1 2 Quantities and brands 1 2 1 Calcular acceptance quantities The expected estimated sales quantities and articles can be found in the attached range see Appendix C2_ Prize offer cold drink range According to the surcharge the client reserves the right to query further items brands container units from the contractor s range 1 2 2 Obligation to accept the information provided in Appendix C2_ Prize offer They do not represent an obligation for the future use 1 3 Delivery and execution 1 3 1 Order call The obligation to pay is only justified by the client commissioned separately Orders are granted the contractor by the responsible departments see B1_anlage 1 by email if necessary even daily Correspondence takes place exclusively in German 1 3 2 Delivery The delivery and collection of empties must be guaranteed on 5 working days Monday to Friday In exceptional cases delivery must also be possible on weekends In the case of short -term orders a promotibility must be guaranteed within 4 hours The locations and their concrete binding delivery time windows as well as other location -specific conditions are listed in the B1_anlage 1 delivery addresses warehouse If you deliver a sack cart must be brought in some locations for logistical reasons ant or similar The goods must be spent in the respective warehouse via a cargo elevator if available and the empty-good must be taken from the respective warehouse via the same path The drinks are delivered clean in the appropriate container units and possibly on euro pallets in some locations to trolley with plastic palette see B1_ system 1 Due to future construction work and outsourcing the delivery zones can vary or add other locations If possible at other locations other delivery conditions apply 1 3 3 Safety environmental protection sustainability technical information 1 3 3 1 Vehicles The amount of the delivery vehicles must not exceed 3 20 m In the case of deliveries the cooling units of the vehicles must be switched off on site to avoid noise pollution and car emissions Efficient driving planning should keep the CO2 emissions of the delivery as low as possible 1 3 3 2 Buildings Fire protection doors on the Bundesbank site must not be wedged adjusted tied or impaired in their function in a similar way 145 StGB Escape and escape routes can be kept free at any time and in full width Instructions from the bank staff must be followed 1 3 3 3 Access to Banking Bank After completing the contract all potential drivers must be reported to issue a personalized access authorization The access authorization is not transferable In the event of short -term changes temporary personnel representations etc these people must be registered in advance in advance by the responsible contact persons B1_anlage 1 If you access the site a photo ID card which is still valid for at least three months must be presented otherwise access can be refused 1 3 3 4 Access in the event of measures of population protection The contractor is obliged to follow the current legal requirements with regard to the population protection and to instruct their staff accordingly and specify them as far as to be checked and demonstrated on request
