Los 1 The service is divided into lots with the following number of sample areas SPF Lot 1 3 SPF Lot 2 4 SPF Lot 3 5 SPF The contractor undertakes to provide the services described below whereby the time distribution and the resulting contract periods execution and payment deadlines for details see Chapter 6 must be taken into account Grasshoppers and mantises are recorded once a year using a standardized procedure on a permanently established sampling area plot within the SPF The location and exact delimitation of the SPF are available digitally as a geopackage and ESRI shape file Appendix LB 3 The definition of the plots is explained in Chapter 3 2 the recording methodology is explained in Chapter 3 3 The client will obtain any necessary permits for driving on forest and farm roads The contractor provides the client with the information required for the application by sending Annex LB 4 completely filled out to the client by email no later than two weeks after the contract has been awarded Changes during the contract period must be made without request by January 31st at the latest of the mapping year to be sent to the AG In addition the contractor is provided with hard plastic signs that identify him and his employees as mappers for the state of Rhineland-Palatinate These signs are only to be used in connection with the provision of the service described here The handing out of each sign is documented and must be signed by the contractor The signs must be returned to the client at the end of the contract If a sign is lost the client will charge compensation of EUR 50 per sign The scope for each lot Lot 1 3 SPF 1 initial conversation according to item 1 form 302 see chapter 3 1 3 selection of the sampling area according to item 2a form 302 see chapter 3 2 3 locust recording per year according to item 3a form 302 see chapter 3 3 Lot 2 4 SPF 1 initial conversation according to Pos 1 Form 302 4 Selection of the sampling area according to Pos 2a Form 302 see Chapter 3 2 4 Grasshopper recording per year according to Pos 3a Form 302 see Chapter 3 3 Lot 3 5 SPF 1 initial discussion according to Pos 302 see Chapter 3 2 5 locust recordings per year according to Item 3a Form 302 see Chapter 3 3 Item 4 Optional service Answering queries and subsequent changes in the following year Max 5 hours per SPF and mapping year Answering inquiries and follow-up work in the following year will be commissioned separately by the client via email Item 5 Optional service Permanent relocation of a plot to a new management unit From 2027 a new management unit with a new plot can be specified per SPF a maximum of 3 times 1 time per year The maximum scope of the benefit is 3 hours per SPF per year The client will request the determination separately via email The scope of items 4 and 5 is to be understood as an upper limit These are services without a minimum purchase obligation
