Provision of architectural services including fire protection as part of the renovation and the renovation of the fauerbach primary school 61169 friedberg The Fauerbach primary school is located in the Fauerbach district of the city of Friedberg Hesse The entire building is made up of the cultivation year of construction at the end of 80s early 90s and the old building built in 1894 The two buildings are connected by a common staircase and are classified in building class 5 The old building is under monument protection In both parts of the building there are in addition to classrooms specialist rooms rooms for teachers and sanitary facilities The use of space can be found in the attached documents for the building application There is a new building on the northwestern side of the property which was completed in 2022 and is used as an all -day area of the primary school This building is not taken into account in the course of the measure but the premises serve as an alternative during the construction phase since the old building partially gutted in the course of the renovation and no use is possible The design of the old building is a plastered solid building with a massive basement with a vaulted ceiling as well as the ground and upper floor with wooden beam ceilings and the partially expanded attic It has a gap roof which was designed as a hipped roof with dormer roofs and slate roof tiles The extension is a two -storey solid building without basement and without expanded attic He also has a hipped roof with slate roof tiles The second structural escape route is realized via an outside staircase Both parts of the building are connected by a connecting area with a post-bar facade with solid reinforced concrete ceilings and a flat roof The stairwell is housed in this area The school yard serves as a play area for the children The parking spaces marked on the schoolyard as a parking area are therefore not used as parking spaces A NOTICE A general planner was commissioned for the performance phases 1-4 level A which has already carried out these services Accordingly this project description is based on the results of the LPH 1-4 and the already approved building application They are explained in the documentation for LPH 3 design planning The measure should now continue from the service phase 5 The prerequisite for this is the introduction of the planner into the design planning the documents of the building application and the tasks to the location The induction effort must be offered across the board The building permit is part of the tender documents and must be observed It should be noted that there may be deviations in the course of the execution planning Reasons for this can z B Technical static or economic aspects or requirements on the part of the construction supervision in the course of further planning If there are any changes due to construction and unforeseen circumstances in the course of further planning these must be coordinated with the client and to plan and implement If there are changes in the course of further planning a team application must be submitted The performance phases 1-4 are optionally queried Further execution see Appendix 02_ project description
