Sv-jm -2250327-009 introduction of an hr suite The Stadtwerke Munich SWM will plan to introduce a new HR suite with a focus on recruiting recruitment internal labor market onboarding personnel development training further training successor planning talent management and assessment performance management salary measures Scope -Software transfer SAAS Provision and granting the usage rights licenses for an HR Suite with the following modules and the expected range of functions from productive setting Personnel development target and performance management successor planning and development management recruitment of recruiting and onboarding learning compensation and recontrolling HR-Suite Core master data employees and information about the organization and workflows - Provision of usage rights for the test and training system according to the first conception - Service and support for the HR suite provided over a minimum contract duration of 5 years with the option for extension by one year each for a total of 3 years - The service and support includes the following activities availability of the system of 99 5 in 24x7 operation remedial of disorders in the company etc - Documentation of the solution for users and technical training in German as well as for professional administration including user administration user manual system description company manual installation manual etc in German and English - Manufacture of all necessary modules including support advice to the departments Professional and technical conception for example as part of fit-to-standard workshops to find the most suitable implementation for the SWM as part of the system standard and to implement it downwards - Configuration and implementation of the modules or topics based on the coordinated concepts - Creation and adaptation of the necessary interfaces - Data migration from existing IT systems - Implementation and support of tests including error correction - Commissioning and introduction of the respective modules Golive - Connection to relevant interfaces especially SAP HCM - Accompanying the introduction early life support - Initial training in German for the project team administrators and multipliers -Provision of e-learning in German for the users of the HR suite - Electronic personnel files optional Conception introduction and provision of access to documents in the existing archive system of the SWM in the sense of an electronic personnel file -Scripture optional Use of correspondence functionalities including connection of the already implemented electronic signature adobesign as part of processes supported by the HR suite -Ticket system optional Conception introduction and provision of a ticket system for processing user-specific HR requests In addition the following services must be provided Implementation of Cloud Readiness Assessments with the departments IT Identification where the SWM is technically technically and what to do in order to be able to use the system profitably experience of the contractor best practice Accompaniment on the way to the use of the standard e g Fit to Standard Process Follow Standard Minimum requirements for the implementation partner exclusion criteria - The applicant confirms that the communication and project language during the implementation and for the Operation support is German exclusion criterion - Description of the quality assurance measures Alternatively presentation of the Certificate DIN EN ISO 9001 2015-09 Quality Management Systems or equivalent Consciously and understandably represent which measures for quality assurance are taken and in what way quality management implemented in your company is and is implemented in the company - Corporate constellation and order provision If you are not the software manufacturer yourself but offer the software as a partner of the manufacturer please describe the responsibilities interplay procedures as well as the respective contacts in the project and in the company
