The tender was published by The state of Hesse on 07 Apr 2025 for University of applied sciences fd-246606 building 33 zvsl technical renovation planning elt The state of Hesse is planning a modernization renewal of electrical engineering systems in building 33 for the Fulda University of Applied Sciences Building 33 of the university was completed in 1997 and put into operation In 2017 various structural defects were found in the course of the fire brigade s hazard prevention show some of which have already been removed So far however no renovation measures have been carried out but only maintenance measures The Fulda University of Applied Sciences plans the technical renovation of the building 33 in order to bring the building technology systems to the current state of the art Both fire protection and safety -relevant topics such as control blocking safety lighting system as a dynamic escape route system and the fire alarm system including upgrading the data distribution system The building has various vertical installation shafts that serve to perform media With regard to the rectification and the recognized fire protection defects this installation must be adapted and sorted or separated and re -laid in a permissible form These are to be presented as documentation of the bulkheads with photos and Schottbuch Furthermore a new elevator as type B is to be brought into the building The technical systems and installations are at today s state of the art to adapt or add or replace them accordingly The entire lighting in the building is extensive and is fully converted to LED technology The safety lighting system must be replaced with a new central battery system and to be carried out as a dynamic escape route control with new rescue signs and security lights in LED technology The fire alarm system must be expanded or renewed accordingly The RVVA-Anl no longer correspond to the current guidelines are dependent and to be renewed In addition in connection with the technical renovation- also for an energy-efficient operation- a KNX bus system for lighting control and sun protection is installed As part of the ZVSL program the complete data technology must be renewed.
