The consulting services (“the Services”) amongst others include the Review of ACT 456 and present a draft bill to Parliament for amendment; Review the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (Investigations Procedure) Regulations, 2010 (C.I.67); Review Complaints Handling and Registry Manuals; and Conduct Training and Capacity Building Programs across the country on the new regulations and manuals. The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for this assignment, including shortlisting criteria and assignment duration, can be obtained by email from the Project Coordinator at the email address given below. The OSPA now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services in the TOR..
